Automatic Recurring Donation Billing Agreement Please read this Agreement carefully
Frequency of Donation. An automatic recurring donation payment in the amount will be made every month ("Monthly Donation") to Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity Inc, on a recurring monthly basis. You will receive a post-payment confirmation email following all automatic recurring donations. For example, if your donation is $30 per month, your first donation will be processed immediately upon receipt. The first recurring $30 monthly donation will be made on the first day of each month thereafter. Your next automatic recurring $30 monthly donation would occur on the first day of the following month. You will not receive any advance notice of this payment but you will receive post-payment confirmation by email. Automatic Recurring Donation Failure. If your automatic recurring donation is declined, you will be contacted by phone or email. We may permanently restrict your ability to use a certain payment method if that payment method fails multiple times. REMEMBER: If your Automatic Recurring Donation fails, you will need to replenish your account with another payment method. In the event, any payment is not made and you do not make a payment by the end of your monthly donation cycle, your recurring donation may be suspended or cancelled. Cancellation of Automatic Recurring Donation. You have the right to withdraw your consent to this Automatic Recurring Donation at any time. To cancel your Automatic Recurring Donation, please call Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. at (856) 563-0292 ext 2. Your request to cancel your Automatic Recurring Donation may take up to 72 hours to take effect. Reestablishing Automatic Recurring Payment. If you wish to reestablish your Automatic Recurring Donation, call Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. at (856) 562-0292 ext. 2. Changing Automatic Recurring Payment. If you would like to change your Automatic Recurring Payment including, for example, making a change from one credit or debit card that was initially selected to another credit or debit card or bank account, you must authorize the recurring donation with the new credit or debit card or bank account by calling Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Your previously approved Automatic Recurring Donation will be terminated within 72 hours. Access to Agreement. To access this Agreement in the future please call Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. Electronic Authorization. This Agreement is not transferable and must be agreed to by the person authorized to use the credit or debit card. AGREEING TO THESE CONDITIONS By providing your credit, or debit card ("Payment Method"), you AGREE that you have read and understand this Automatic Recurring Donation Agreement. In addition, you authorize Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. to do a monthly recurring charge to the specified Payment Method; and you authorize the financial institution for the Payment Method, specified above to charge or debit your account and remit payment for your donation to Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity, Inc. This authority will remain in effect until you give notification, as required under this Agreement, to terminate this authorization.
