Rob Bouno

President

Rob Buono was born and raised in Vineland NJ.  A 1995 graduate of Vineland High School, Rob has always had a passion for cooking and attended the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in Providence RI. An innovative educational leader, the university offers degree programs in arts and sciences, business, culinary arts, education, nutrition, hospitality, physician assistant studies, engineering and design. Its unique model integrates arts and sciences and industry-focused education with work experience and leadership opportunities, inspiring students to achieve professional success and lifelong personal growth. In 1997 Rob received an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and in 1999 Rob graduated with a BA degree in Food Service Entrepreneurship. Rob went on to become a Corporate Executive Chef for Eatem Foods, a local food manufacturer that produces food products for international distribution. In 2004 Rob married his soulmate and started a family that now includes 3 children. Also in 2004 Rob opened Eastlyn Golf Course and Greenview Inn. A local Executive Golf Course that is host to a fine dining restaurant along with an event hall.  In 2012 he opened Double Eagle Saloon. A BBQ Burger, Sports Saloon. ​

Linda Hinckley

Vice President

Linda Hinckley is long time resident of Cumberland County. Linda has worked in the wireless communication field, represented the travel industry, currently is employed within the federal government and has served on several non profits. Linda served as past President of Cumberland County Habitat for Humanity before leaving the Board and after a brief separation returning to the board and assuming the role of President. ​ She currently serves as Board Secretary.

Deborah Holman

Secretary

Deborah Holman currently serves as Century Bank of NJ's Vice-President of marketing and branch development coordinator. Developing community based initiatives, her special contributions to the Cumberland County area include: the establishment of Windows of Opportunity Program, the Random Acts of Kindness, and has been awarded the community service award by NJ Bankers three times between 2008-2014
Deborah is a talented, results-producing marketing professional with a proven record of accomplishments in planning and leading comprehensive marketing strategies in support of business' goals and objectives.

Frank DiGiorgio

Treasurer

Frank DiGiorgio was born, raised and resides in Vineland, NJ. His background is in
finance, accounting, commercial banking and real estate. He is currently employed by the City of Vineland as the Assistant Director of the Economic Development. Prior to his twenty two years of employment with the City of Vineland, he spent approximately nine years in the banking industry as an accountant, financial analyst, a commercial credit analyst and commercial loan production. He is a licensed N.J. realtor/referral agent since 1989.
Frank DiGiorgio is a graduate of Vineland High School and a product of the Vineland
Public Schools. He is also a graduate of Rowan University (formerly known as
Glassboro State College) with a Bachelors of Science degree in Finance with a minor in Accounting. He has successfully completed additional coursework in Secondary
Education and has passed the National Teachers Exam for Business Education. He has
also completed coursework in Economic Development from the International Economic Development Council.
Frank DiGiorgio has served as an elected board member of the Vineland Board of
Education (member of the Finance and Facilities Committees) for six and one half years.  He was a former member of the Board of Directors of Community Quest, Inc. formerly known as Disabilities Resource Center, Inc., an agency which provides employment and housing opportunities to those with disabilities. DiGiorgio has also volunteered as a youth coach for the YMCA and the East Vineland Little League. He resides in Vineland with his wife and two children.

Tony Heath

Board Member

​Tony Heath is the Community Relations Manager of UPS Chesapeake District, an area which provides service to six states and includes the major metropolitan cities of Delaware, Baltimore, Philadelphia and Washington D.C. Appointed to this position in November 2009, he leads over 15,000 employees in community involvement. The Chesapeake District provides services to more than 784,000 customers daily.
Since 1988, Tony has held various positions at UPS that have utilized his diverse background in sales and logistics. With an extensive background in UPS Sales, Tony has been able to use his experience and expertise in teamwork concepts and empowering people to give back to the community.
Tony has been an active member of the Philadelphia and surrounding Community. Currently, he serves on the board of Play Works Philadelphia, Lou Williams Foundation Board President ( NBA Player Toronto Raptors), United Negro College Fund Philadelphia Planning committee, United Way of South Easter PA Stuff the Bus Committee, Cumberland County United Way Board, Macedonia SDA Church Board-Chester PA, Better Living Center-Chester PA, and the Woman’s Leadership Committee member to name a few.

Heather Schwarz

Board Member

As Director of Mosaic RE Ventures, LLC, Heather Schwarz, 41, has spent the past two decades working alongside companies and individuals with capital raises, investments, strategy/idea generation, and technology and corporate restructuring. She honed her entrepreneurial spirit, leadership acumen, real estate experience, and drive for success over an impressive 20+year career in the financial services industry. She is often referred to for her remarkable accomplishments and key role in the transformation of the private finance industry. She is also a partner with Forterra Capital Partners, a commercial real estate investment company based in Minneapolis, MN. Previously, she was the Co-Founder of EarlyShares.com, a real estate crowdfunding platform. Prior to that, she served as Sr. Vice President, Sr. Private Banker at Wells Fargo- The Private Bank, and provided financial services to both corporate and ultra high-net-worth individuals that represented total portfolio under management of over $500MM. She also spent six years at Merrill Lynch in Miami, FL in Private Finance and Private Client Services.

Heather is a Certified Financial Planner
TM. In addition to being a successful businesswoman, Heather is a community leader and is a strong role model to her three young daughters, Samantha (13), Nicole(13) and Katelyn(7). She resides in Vineland, NJ and also speaks Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese

Blaise Menzoni

Board Member

Blaise Menzoni is a resident of the City of Millville.   A graduate of Vineland High, he continued his education at the University of Delaware where he received a Bachelor Degree in accounting. Blaise is currently the Branch Manager and Loan Originator at Finance for America Mortgage, LLC and previous to that Gateway Funding. In addition Blaise’s previous work experience also included Bridge Financial Solutions, LLC and he was Owner/Vice President of BC Processing.

John Inferrera IV

Board Member

John Inferrera IV is a life long resident of Cumberland County. John is a Loan Originator with Freedom Mortgage. He has a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Rowan University. In addition John also has some banking experience.

Marilee Negron

Board Member

Marilee Negron has been a lifelong resident of Cumberland County. She is a Vineland High School graduate class of 2008. She is also a Cumberland County College Graduate with an associate degree in Applied Science, Criminal Justice. Marilee has been employed by the Department of Motor Vehicle for the past five years and employed part time by Foot Locker retail Inc. In addition, Marilee has been an active member of the Puerto Rican Festival of New Jersey, Inc for many years all while raising her 9 year son.

Kelsey Peretti (Allen)

Board Member

​Kelsey Peretti (Allen) has been a lifelong resident of Cumberland County. She is graduate of Towson University with a degree in elementary education / special education. She is employed by the Vineland Public School system as a 4th grade Teacher. Kelsey has participated with nonprofits and volunteers through her employment to do community related activities.  Kelsey recently married her husband Danny Peretti who she had met through CCHFH.

Pastor Dr. Benjamin Ocasio Sr.

Board Member

Pastor Dr. Benjamin Ocasio Sr. was born in the city of Brooklyn, NY. He graduated from Vineland High School in 1977. Rev. Ocasio is blessed in his marriage of 36 years with Naomi Ocasio. His children Benjamin Ocasio Jr. and Stephanie A. Ocasio are a great blessing and are active in the ministry. In 1993 the church installed Benjamin as Assistant Pastor. He became an ordained minister in 1996 through the Jameson Evangelical Association. In the year 1997 he became Senior Pastor of Rock of Salvation church. In 1999 Rev. Ocasio attained his degree: Dr. of Divinity from the Jameson School of Ministry.

Olga (Ramos) Soto

Board Member

Olga (Ramos) Soto, a native of Puerto Rico, moved to Vineland, NJ in 1995 and graduated from Vineland High School in 2003. Together with her husband Waldemar, they own and operate DeSoto Movers. Olga is currently employed with Burberry Ltd. as part of their operations team.  Prior to Burberry, she was employed by Vineland Construction as a member of their Property Management and Construction Team. ​
